2022-2024    P&G R&D Vic Mills Innovation College
Year-long series of ILT sessions for P&G’s most promising Senior Scientists to increase their business acumen and ability to innovate. Released in three regions: North America, Europe, and Asia.
  • Led sensing/interview and review sessions with 17 SMEs and the R&D Specialist to determine scope of work, define objectives, and compile existing materials 
  • Designed the decks, facilitation guides, participant guides, coordination guides, and handouts for sessions on business acumen, partnerships, future of innovation, and disruptive innovation
  • Developed Rise 360 pre-work courses, as appropriate
  • Processed feedback and adapted the Europe and Asia roll-outs of the program to meet the needs of P&G’s international workforce

2022-2024    P&G Products Supply Hygiene Engineering Series
Virtual training program on protection and prevention from exposure to hazardous materials at processing sites for Product Supply Hygiene Engineering leaders. One parent series and two child series, each including a package of 14-25 Rise courses and related materials.
  • Worked on ID team to build Rise 360 courses for the two child series
  • Promoted to lead the instructional design team for the parent series: Site Exposure Control Training
  • Aligned learning on 25 Rise 360 courses, 1 motion graphic video, and 10 PPT-based videos
  • Coached and led design work with 2 graphic designers, 5 internal IDs, and 1 P&G ID
  • Developed a timeline and work schedule that helped us meet our completion goals

2023-2026            Eli Lilly Drug Trial Site Training
Virtual, Rise Storyline-based series of trainings that educated global site staff on how to prepare for and complete the drug trial.
  • Supported scripting, storyboarding, and validation of courses on data and labs
  • Led calls with Lilly Subject Matter Experts to craft ESL learning-centered final products on tight timeline
  • Maintained consistency across products as Protocol was amended
